Cross-Chain Compatibility & Expansion

Multi-Chain Vision

Although Bitance is natively deployed on BNB Smart Chain, the protocol has been designed with cross-chain composability in mind. This ensures the long-term utility and adoption of both BUSDX and BTNC across the broader DeFi landscape.

Bitance will expand to support additional chains, including:

  • Ethereum (via LayerZero or native bridge)

  • Arbitrum

  • Avalanche

  • Polygon

  • zkSync & other L2s

Future versions of the protocol will allow users to mint BUSDX using assets bridged from other chains, while ensuring all collateral remains verifiable and traceable.

Cross-Chain Collateral Management

Bitance will utilize modular bridges and cross-chain messaging protocols to enable:

  • Remote Collateral Locking: Users can lock assets on other chains and mint BUSDX on BSC.

  • Unified Health Factor: A user’s vault health will reflect real-time collateral status, regardless of origin chain.

  • Liquidation Routing: If undercollateralized, assets may be liquidated natively or through cross-chain execution.

Security and verification of cross-chain assets will be handled using:

  • Proof-of-reserve mechanisms

  • Light-client validation

  • Verifiable messaging protocols (e.g., LayerZero, Wormhole)

NFT & Green Asset Modules (Experimental)

In future testnet deployments, Bitance will explore:

  • NFT-backed vaults: Allowing users to use blue-chip NFTs as collateral.

  • Green asset minting: A model where users can mint BUSDX by staking "green" assets (e.g., BNB from eco-friendly validators) or offset-tied tokens.

These experimental modules will be governed separately, with limited caps and DAO review prior to mainnet integration.
